Hello Audi lovers (and haters)
I have a 2000 A4 2.8 quattro w/ 83K miles in great shape. Thinking of trading in for a 2009 A4 3.2 quattro Premium Plus w/ 18K miles from a dealer in the NYC area. The car was a loaner for the dealership which makes me a little worried but I did take it out and rides great. Interior is loaded but no NAV and no wood trim which surprised me. Anyway they listed it at $29888. I've got them to $29000 with $3500 on my trade. I would like at least $4000 on my car. Any words of wisdom on this deal? It's black/black, not sure if wheels are 17 or 18". Thanks

Greetings Audi Forum folks!
Love the pic of the C-130 Jestnomen has, I used to work on those engines in the navy, but on a P-3 Orion.
I have had a 91 Audi 80 for a year now and not a single issue... till now..
Its always something like that, that brings the DIY'rs like me to great forums like this.
So.. is my car a rarity? I kinda wonder at this point...
Love scooching under the car in 20 degree weather. How about you??

You might try to sell your current ride for the 4000 you want, OR see if they will give you a maintenance package since the car is only 2 yrs old. Find out how much of the warranty is left, and if you can get an extended warranty, or that package I mentioned. Its a buyers market, shop around. It can't hurt. ALSO see if they will go down on their price. My husband got a pre-approval for a car, it was priced at 12k, we noticed a few things during the test drive, pointed them out, the offer was 7800, so not a bad drop. You can see if other cars have the wood trim, and the nav, and if they do, point it out, it may save you a small boatload.
Hope this helps.

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and glad to be here. I currently own a white 2010 Audi A4 Quattro sedan. This car replaced my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro sedan which was totaled when I was rear ended by an SUV on the freeway a few months ago. These cars are like little tanks. I was already impressed with the 2006 A4 but when I saw how well it took a nearly 50mph impact to the rear, I knew I had to buy another one.
Hows it going guys,
My names Andy, Born in Ireland and raised in the US for 4 years. At which point I was living in Europe/Eurasia/Med for the next nine. Which is why I bought an Audi.
I live in NYC now stationed here as an E4 Active duty member.
I drive an 2003 Audi A6 Base 4.2L Quattro.
Stock for the moment.
Thanks look foward to puttering around the website.
