I am considering buying a 2001Audi S4 with 74600 miles? Is it worth buying a high milaege S4? I know that there will be few things that might go bad, but overall how are S4's with high miles?

The timing belt is the big ticket item. Go check out the S car section and do a search on things like timing belt, turbo life, etc. It all depends on how the car has been maintained up to this point.
