i just got a 2001 audi 2.7T for like 10 grand. im looking to spend around $2000 on upgrades. I have no idea where to start or what brands to buy. the car itself has around 80K miles and its automatic.. any ideas?

The first thing I would ask you before suggesting something would be what would you like to mod?
Exterior, interior, or engine-wise?

Usually people on this forum goes with the tuning chip as the first mod. It's the best bang for the buck.
As which one to buy, I think APR tuning makes a chip for your car. I'm not sure if the other companies such as GIAC or Revo makes one for the 2.7T.

If you're interested in modding your exterior, probably a set of bigger wheels would be what you're looking for. Of course, usually people would also get the lowering springs/shocks/coilovers with the set of wheels they're getting to perevent the "off-road" look. [sm=smiley20.gif]
