Default Abs sensor removal

Hi,

My ABS activates when Im about to stop, like 1-5mph. I ran a VAG-COM test and my driver side front wheel speed is zero when travelling bellow like 8 mph. But starts giving accurate speed on 8mph+, Im thinking I will need to remove the ABS speed sensor at the wheel and clean it. Has anyone got any hints on how I can remove it without damaging it. Seems like it is just stuck in there. I have a 1998 audi A6 Quattro (AHA). Is the a bolt I need to remove. If so Im not seeing one.

Does anyone have any pic that will help me. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!!
