Hello everybody. I've got a couple of questions and I was wondering which board ya'll thought would be best for each thread. The car is a 2003 A6 Avant

Question 1 concerns replacing the serpentine belt and tensioner, I've already purchased the parts and unbolted the old tensioner but I don't know how to remove it as it doesn't have enough clearance to come straight forward.

Question 2 concerns ElsaWin, I bought a copy from ebay, but I don't know which 3.0 I have and I'm not sure of the transmission options either. I could also use some help with ElsaWin

Question 3 goes to whether ya'll think buying another brand paper or CD manual is a better idea
