i just perchased a 97 a4 quattro...cant pass my emissions..quite a few ppl have told me that they remove the bulb so they can sell the car...cause of emission testing..has anyone ever come across this illegal practice b-4...an how can i resplve this..the dash doesnt look that easy to remove
