HI people, i have a huge problem.. so one of my fuse blew and i replaced it, it was the engine management fuse on the 29th slot. this cheap fuse didn't blow when i put it in, it caught on fire, i took off the battery, pulled the remaining metal piece out of the slot, and put a new fuse in, now my car will only start for a second once everytime i unplug and plug the battery back in, if i try to start it 2 times in a row, it'll just keep turning. on top of that, no lights on my dashboard comes on, all the guages are completely blank. the inside lights and windows work, headlights stay on as long as the battery is plugged in even without the key in the ignition. the radio says safe mode. Can someone tell me whats wrong and how to fix it? and how much please? thanks!

 

sounds like a module or b+ wire is shorted to ground?

 

i have 0 idea on where to start on that one,...think i should start off by taking off the fuse box and looking at it closely..
