Hey guys I traded my 240sx last night for a 96 a4 2.8 12v with a 98 motor race land coilovers? And it had a side pipe no cat no muffler just ungodly loud! It has some minor issues as of right now. This is my first Audi... I hear they are just a blast to work on... Issues so far, needs a ps pressure hose(has a brand new pump), stock or better Exhuast so I dont have to use cigarette buts as ear plugs when I'm driving it. flush the heater core and fix the climate control, needs a new drivers door panel and seat figure out how to work the sunroof and see if it actually does work and fix the cruise control.

That's all for now gonna try and get all the new parts today and get some fixed this weekend.

 

Also I'm having a hard time finding which exhaust will fit I'm looking for a stock used one and I found a 99 avant and a 99 2.8 Quattro locally it'll be from the header back any info on this would be awesome Thanks!

Congrats (maybe) on the car. Seems like you have quite a project to undertake. Audis are great cars and the 2.8 is one of the more reliable motors. just don't expect to get a lot of oomph out of it. be sure to take care of it properly and it should be a good car.

Thanks for the welcome... Not looking for power out of this one just something nice to daily other than my 13 mpg work truck. As for the project side of it I've already fixed the climate control head unit and order a new bulb and figured out that the ps line is leaking due to a missing crush washer ordered some exhaust stuff to make my own cause dealer wants 800 for a new system and I've got the sunroof switch ordered (I hope that's the problem) and I'll be checking the cruise control board for cracked solder and I'm going Tuesday to pick up 2 like new front seats and door panels so all that's left is wrapping things up and fixing the wiring to the radio since is all butchered up
