Was wondering if any other Audi owners have gotten this great of gas mileage with a 2.8 front wheel drive?
On a 2000 mile Canadian trip ave. 28 mpg, max. 32 mpg on level grade @ 70 miles per hr., fully loaded car with air conditioning running. Used 92 octane / 100 % Canadian gasoline.

 

My 01 TT Quattro 225 has a 1.8l 4 cyl. in there. Have had it about 2 weeks and I have been getting great gas mileage. Im loving it. I drive about 60/40 highway/city and i am getting 27.5 mpg steadliy. I would imagine if i drove at 70 mph level grade, I would be getting approx 32 mpg...im loving it.
