I am proud to announce that I will be picking up my 2001 A6 2.7L on Monday and I look forward to learning how to keep my new girl in top condition. As this is my first Audi, I'm sure I'll have many questions at first but hope to be as helpful to the group as I anticipate the group will be helpful to me. So, here goes:

Any suggestions for brands and vendors for performance upgrades, like intake, exhausts, brakes, etc?
Are turbo timers the norm?
I did not notice a boost gauge/meter in the cockpit. Does anyone use aftermatket gauges/meters?
I'm replacing the stock wheels with 18" wheels and plan drop her using an Eibach Pro-Kit.
