Default Hi, need some advice for my new audi

I purchased a Audi A3 1.9 TDIe SE 2009, and the one niggley thing I don't like is the small 16" alloys. Since its not running the sports suspension, which from what I understand is actually only a fraction lower.

Will 18" alloys make it look silly / increase the ride height to much. Should I just stick to an upgrade to 17"s?

Any advice, tips experience etc...?

Mine currently looks very similar to the attached image, minus the nice wheels . Im guessing they are 18s.

Thanks for the help

Default go with 18's

18's should look great as long as you get the right tire size so they fit the same way and dont mess up the speedometers reading. if you get 18's the correct tire size will be 225/40-18.
