I have a 2006 Audi A6 which my husband took on a trip. He called to tell me that the radio is on, but is in mute mode. He cannot use the bluetooth phone system because everything is in mute. How does he turn mute off, as he has to stop the car and turn it off to use the bluetooth phone, but still gets no sound in the radio via the MMI display. Since I am not there, I cannot walk him through it.
