I'm picking up my 2008 Ocean Blue Pearl Audi A4 2.0T this friday. It has the premium package and is a 6sp auto/tiptronic w/quattro awd. I'm not new to turbos as I'm currently selling my 04 Dodge Neon Srt-4 which ran an 11.1@128mph in the quarter mile. I sold almost all of the upgrades and it sits almost stock. I was the original owner of the car and now decided to jump into something much more luxurious. I would like to know what the best "bang for the buck" mods would be to do on the A4. I've looked at APR's ecu flash/upgrade and various intakes and exhausts. I'm not planning on going too crazy and will keep the stock turbo as I want this car to drive "like" stock but with more hp/tq.

Yes an ecu upgrade should make a huge difference. Depending on which state you live in, you should also look at getting a test pipe or a high flow cat when you do the exhaust.
