Default Looking into buying an Audi

So I finally graduated college and got a job where I can afford to not only pay off my student debt but also pick up a new lil toy foy myself (my gift from me, to me, for being such a good boy the past 5.5 years). So my buddy has an '03 A4 and got me into Audis again (my Pops owned a Fox when I was a kid).

So given my price range and what I can do insurance wise I'm looking at three cars right now:

07 A3
07 GTI
00-03/04 TT

I know pretty all over the place, but I'm wondering what sort ofproblems if any people here have had with their A3s and whether or nottorque steer becomes a factor after modding the car and putting some more juice in her.

The A3 and the GTI are just more in my price range if I were to purchase them brand new, but I want a Quattro (I mean as nice as the FWD handles, I mean it's an Audi, I want Quattro). So I was just wondering what sort of experience people here have had with their TTs. I'm not much into modding (mostly because I'm also trying to save up money for a house soon) but I will end up doing a few things to my car. But, on the whole has anyone really had any major problems with their cars? I'd like to be able to pick up a TT (225 quattro, not sure on soft or hardtop yet) with around 40-60k miles, but if the cars only last until about 100k, I'll prolly get the A3 instead.

Any feedback or information or websites anyone can give me to point me in the right direction are greatly appreciated.
