During winter of 2020 I did a short journey every morning resulting in a build up of water. I noticed a difference in the noise level. Anyway dried out by a long journey. All good.
Problem is that it is still noisy and getting louder. I have taken it to no less than six garages (not Audi). Everyone has said that the exhaust is in excellent condition and there is nothing wrong with it. It’s sturdy and has good pressure. There is nothing loose. I’ve owned this car for six years. It wasn’t loud before and it’s driving me crazy!. It’s not rattling. It’s growling. If I was a young man showing off, I’d probably be delighted. I’m sure people have paid to make their exhaust sound like this. Any ideas anyone?.
