Hey guys, my name is Adam and I am the proud new owner of a 2001 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro. I absolutely love this car. I have had many other cars ranging from a '77 impala, to several SUV's, to an autocross prepped 240sx, to a miata and my last vehicle an 05 Scion xB. The a4 is a perfect balance of all of them. While the ride is a little soft for my taste, it still handles magnificently, has great acceleration for the size of the car, and the look and comfort cant be beat. I love having a 5speed as well, it just makes the driving experience that much more enjoyable. The delayed/slow engagement of the clutch and long throw of the pedal through me at first but I tried several Audis and VWs like that. It is a wonderful dark blue with grey leatherette interior. one of the previous owners put on a CAI and it looks and functions well with the car, as does the aftermarket carbon fiber interior trim. This thing has definetly made me an Audi fan for life, I cant to pay down my wife's tC so she can upgrade to a tt.

I pick up my 2004 A4 1.8T Quattro tonight. Best part is, 6 speed manual tranny, and the wife can't drive a manual. It is sure to stay nice.
