Just got my hand on a new (used) 2001 A6 Avant 2.8L AWD Wagon. My wife and I are expecting our first born in mid August and wanted to get something family friendly and peppy for her and I to drive. No longer have to rake up the miles on the MX6.

So - Bought this car for $3000CDN. It has a rebuild status, only was a damaged bumper. Car checked out well on CarFax. 127,000 Miles. New tires, new belt, new rotors, new brake pads. Body is about a 8.5/10 for condition, same with interior. It has a couple of small quirks, passenger window needs tweaking.

Compairables for ICBC in BC is $11,000 CDN. Bloody happy and it drives damn good. HATE the halogen projectors. So those are a must upgrade, but at least it has projectors
