Suggestions
1) Chip it. It will not be the same car. Upsolute, Revo(especially if you want to go BT), GIAC. Upgrade your diverter valve after chip...trust me the old one will fail soon afterwards.
2) Clear corner mod www.a4mods.com
3) Stealth Lamp Mod www.a4mods.com
The last two cost nothing to do minus some silver paint for the lamps. The first one will put a huge smile on your face for awhile but it will start a long and sometimes expensive quest to get even more performance out of it.

Thanks man, I paid 11k. I have owned eclipce turbo's my last couple cars, and have modded them. I think I might just chip and do and exhaust on it as far as performance for now. I am not looking to go BT, but then again i wasn't with my eclipse's either. As far as chips go i was wondering if your would go GIAC or APR. I know this question gets asked alot. But i was thinking APR, but you said GIAC. I am only going to go stage 1 also, not looking to do injectors. Thanks for the input, look forward to learning about these awesome cars.
