Default new audi owner-want to learn

Hey Folks,

I am a new owner of a 2006 Audi a4 2.0t fsiquattro sedan. I am now just getting into mods and stuff and looking forward to learning from all of you. I've been reading this forum for a few weeks now and this place has taught me lots about how to's and why's.
This site is awesome!

Fatchoyking: How much HP and 0-60 time did that APR chip add? how much did you pay for that?
Thanks

hey redsox,

i went to http://www.goapr.com and got the info out of it. I didn't get a chance to put my car on a dyno after it was chipped.
you are suppose to enjoy about 30 more ponies, i actaully have a post that ask how much faster is the 0-60 when chipped.

You can really feel the difference! It cost me about 599 for the flash plus taxes, 2 programs and the access lockout program and labor came to a total of 760 for me. The apr chips are on sale right now, 2 programs for the price of 1. With APR u can switch between programs, (stock, 91 octane, 100, etc.). It also comes with a lifetime reflash, incase the dealer reflashes your chip when you bring it in for service. People say you have to get a new diverter valve when chipped because the stock one will eventually tear sooner or later from the added boost. Fordge DV's seems to be the way to go. I haven't gotten the DV yet.

I have an auto-tiptronix so I put it on (S) when I want to feel my investment!
