Don't know if I should ask this here, if not let me know.
I am working on a 2010 A4 for a customer. I am trying to install trailer light wiring with not much success. He has been to Uhaul an an Audi dealer. The U Haul dealer used a Pulse width modulator converter and they could not get it to work. The Audi dealer was not really interested in helping. They checked the wiring and that's about all. I am not sure if the converter is bad or something else needs to be done. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
