hi everybody....................

I just purchased my first Audi...
1997 A4 1.8T Quattro 120k pearl white, loaded (got it cheap -$3400)
I have a 2.0 VW Golf as well (all tricked out - spent 7k on car+ 10k on extras - it's nice, but slow)
I'm looking to make the Audi go very very fast.
I am open to suggestions and part links would be appriciated
Money is really not an issue if I spread it out over time - I want a 10 second car (or something that will kick *** on my buddys VR4)
I have acces to all kinds of friends in the scene and some very good mechanics.
I would however like to do most of the work mysel...
I appriciate the opportunity to join your group, learn a few things and throw some boost around Miltown

 

10 seconds, not likley. but possible. it all depends on how much you want to spend....

you could go k04 upgrade or even a gt28rs turbo ( http://www.atpturbo.com/ ). that expensive though and still wont get you at 10.

yeah, i know i'm reachin', but what the hell....

we just put a 3" cat bypass on yesterday (that was a big pain in the butt...6 hours)

i got the bypass from atp turbo - didn't see a downpipe from them...

now i need a matching downpipe...any idea where to get one ?

10 second Audi??? You'd need to fire it out of a cannon
