I just bought a 2003 Audi A4 base model with 1.8T motor and 67,000 miles for $2700. Just saying hello to all and I need help lol . Can some one tell me where my tcm is located? I believe it is a b6 also I have tripmatic trans I think can I swap a Manual tranny?

I need to know where the tcm is located in my car. I'm getting a po76 code which put on the cel . I need to get it smoged and it won't pass with cel on. I gave CVT 6 speed multimatic trans I believe. Not sure if located inside tranny or under carpet but I looked under carpetdidnt see anything.

sorry never had to deal with that ..... but I'm pretty sure it would be in the black box to the far top right of the engine bay along with the ECU, I did open and check that box as a precaution to be make sure it was sealed properly against water
