as a new member i would like to introduce myself. Englishman working in china for 11 years. i work on mercedes, bmw, porsche, audi, amongst other makes. have been a technician since 67. been around a bit. but working in china its hard to keep up to date with the real world. i have found, over the years, that the enthusiasts often have a better understanding of their cars than most mechanics. i look forward to reading your posts. you can e mail me direct if you think i may be able to help with a particular car problem.
