Default New member looking to buy an Audi!

Hi guys, I just recently turned 16 and was looking at buying my first car

I'm definitely looking onto a used Audi as my first car as it's not too flashy at the same time I love the looks of the Audi, very simple, plus I really dislike the "big, futuristic" looks of recent cars like the Honda Civic or the Toyota Prius, it kinda has that big lump look and detracts from its design.

At the moment, I'm going to be able to put down at least $3000 (though I'm really looking at just putting down $5000 down instead) plus pay an estimated $400-$550 per month depending on the price of the car for up to 48 months (which is the max term I'm looking for, nothing more), approval is not a problem as the dealership has mentioned I'll be able to get a car with $5000 down under my mom's name (as a second car) although I might be required to put up to $8000 down (because of her credit score), it's not a big deal. Basically, I'm not really worried about getting the car financially.

What I'm really looking for is peace of mind four years (or less) from now that I picked the right car! My mom drives the 2011 Dodge Durango which has a 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine and I love that car, it's amazing!

The thing is I'm having a hard time deciding which car to pick

On one hand I can get a used 2009 silver Audi A4 quattro AWD with a 2.0L turbocharged L4 (4-cylinder) engine for around $24,000 ($23,988 to be exact) and has 38,400 miles on it and CARFAX reports show good maintenance. It has the nicer, sporty looking B8 body type. On the other hand I can get a used 2007 blue Audi S4 quattro AWD with a 4.2L V8 (8-cylinder) for around $26,000 ($25,988 to be exact). It has 79,800 miles on it and CARFAX reports show good maintenance as well.

The one thing I really like about the 2009 Audi A4 is the LED headlights which I think looks really nice and stands out at night. I was wondering if it was possible to put the same lights on the 2007 Audi S4. The main reason I can't decide though really is because of the engine, I'm thinking to myself whether or not it's worth trading off the B8 body type, nicer lights, and newer car for an older one that has (in my observation) a powerful V8 engine.

Another option I have between the lines is a 2008 Audi A4 with a 3.1L V6 engine and around 82,000 miles on it. It's priced at $19,000 and looks pretty decent, however the high mileage on it is making me think twice about getting it especially since I heard maintenance for Audis are very expensive.

Sooo.... what do you think? I'm coming down to the dealership later today to take a look at the cars but I was hoping I can get a little more insight from more experienced Audi professionals about which is my best choice
