hey everyone, my name is Carl, and i just purchaced a 2001 audi a4 quattro with the 1.8t about 3 days ago and on the first day i bought the car i drove it to gillette 4 work and about 10 miles out of a little place south of gillette called wright, my low oil pres. light came on and i darn near decided to just kill myself right then and there, so i found this forum site and started scoping it out and the way it sounds its that little tube got plugged up, so tonight i took my buddys car and went to walmart and i just picked up some seafoam and some new mobile 1 oil and im going to do it tommorrow when i get off work, my first question is "What is the proper procedure of using seafoam before i change my oil?" if someone could get back to me about this before 7 PM mountain time on the 22nd that would be outstanding.

First off, welcome to the forums!

Secondly, I don't have any experience with seafoam nor with the A4. I can direct you to the A4 area though; perhaps there someone can help.
