I'm a female and don't really know what to expect when getting maintenance done for a car. What should I ask or tell someone who is going to change my oil? I asked a dealer and they said that someone outside of a dealer might not know of the belly pan. What should I say so the job is done right?

The belly pan is a snap to remove, but a lot of those quick-stop lube places employ less-than-qualified 'technicians'

Make sure to use full synthetic oil!
