Default oil problem

i had my A4 serviced yesterday by my local audi. Today whislt driving to Nottingham from London the red oil waning light came on ithe dash. I checked the oil level and found it to be very low. Driving to the next services on the M1 the car lost alot of power and started making some bad sounds. Pulled into a service station bought some oil 1 litre put it in my car and continued with m journeyall ok, nearly at Nottingham smoke, noise and the red light back on. Now when i check the oil its watery black and loads of it. what is the problem what should i do. I fear serious damage

Thanks

Frank

Took my A4 back to local Audi. They have told me that I need a new turbo, manifold ,cat, exhaust system. This is all due to either foreign object entered turbine extensive damage to impeller or assembly failure. This all seems very suspect especially as Audi service my car the day before all this happened.

Can a foreign object enter the turbine?

Price so far is £3,100. Audi have told me that they cant guarantee that this work will sort my car out and that I could need a new engine .

What should I do?
