Hello all..

I have just joined this forum, i own a Audi A4 04 plate 2.0tdi it has the multitronic automatic transmisson box.

I noticed the PRNDS lights have started to flash on the dash display while i was driving and the car would lose gears shortly after a while. If i left the car and returned after a while it would select gears and then again after 5-10 mins driving the PRNDS lights would reappear and flash and i would lose all gears. I was told it was the TCM and that i was to have this replaced or tested..

So i went ahead and had the TCM tested and the result was that the TCM was working as it should. No faults found!

I have since then put the TCM back in re filled gearbox with clean fluid and still after all this i am stuck with the same problem!

Could anyone please help me please? has anyone had this problem before? how do i fix this fault.. ??
