Default Pulling The Trigger

In the final throws of purchasing an "Rebuilt" 2011 S5. The car was damaged from an adjacent car which caught fire. Car wasn't crashed and my research confirms damage is isolated to this one incident and passenger side only. Owner/dealer repaired the car and listed on ebay:

Make OFFER Was $69000 New Supercharged V6 7 Speed B Amp O 25K Miles Cabriolet | eBay

Damage was to the front rear bumper, passenger head/tail lights, some soft top(hard spot and some discoloration), rear passenger interior panel and some minor scratches where someone who was prepping the car decided to pull the emblems.

Basic car history is in the ebay description and the carfax matches the miles/history of the ebay post. I've attached pictures of the car from the insurance company.

I've priced out the parts that "I" would replace because I'm finicky and I think I'll be in for another ~$1000 (side mirror cover, passenger panel, emblems, potentially the top and some detailing work) I'll do the labor and I have a connection to parts directly from Germany.

I need to travel a fair amount of distance to pick up the car. I've talked extensively to the dealer/owner and he seems to be well versed in Audi's (drives and sells them). I do have the right to walk away(pictures can be deceiving).

What specifically should I look for when I pick up the car(anything Audi specific)?

Should I run or throw the dice?
