Default Replaced CJTC engine with CREC 3.0 T engine

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an Audi Q7 2011. I had issues with my CJTC 3.0 T gas engine, so i have replaced it with CREC 3.0 T 2015 engine.
My Audi Technician has replaced the engine, but he has done some modifications. During modifications different sensors were not connected of the new CREC engine as these sensors are not compatible with my old ECM.
I am heaving following issues with my car,
1: Have RPM variation on low speeds running when foot taken off the gas gas padel.
2:Traction control light get permanent on the display after some random time.

I have notices there are two “Cam Shaft” sensor on CREC engine both sides of the engine. In total four sensors. But only one sensor is connected from borh sides, as old ECM can connect to two sensors in total.
Further there is an other sensors on the lower side of the engine and its not connected as well.
Your expert opinion is requested whether these sesnor by pass has any thing to do with Unstable RPM.
Why there are four sensors on new engine?
Whats solution to address this issue?
Can i do some modification to connect it with my existing ECM!
Your expert opinion will really help me get out of this situation.
Regards,

Aamir.
