its Simple:
1. Wire brush off rust from surface
2. Blow clean with compressed air & mask off around area to protect from overspray.
3. Keep dry and apply thin coat of Dinitrol RC900.
4. Wait 30 minutes for it to go black - Rust is converted.
5. Then protect the converted rust with Dinitrol 447.
6. This enhances the underside steel components to like new.
