Scratches on new black paint

Scratches on new black paint
Hi
I purchased a new A5 Audi (Brilliant Black) 7 weeks ago and when I rub the paintwork with my hand (to remove a small mark) it leaves noticeable scratches on the paint. When I try to rub these scratches off with a microfine cloth, they will not buff out. Even a small amount of polish will not remove them.
Awesome car, frustrating paint surface. Surely such scratches should not occur just by rubbing a bare hand on the paintwork.
Has any Audi owner out there had this problem or am I the lucky first!!
