Against the advice of every Audi mechanic I spoke with I have decided to buy an Imola Yellow 2001 Avant.
My pre-existing dd is an 1986 Bertone X1/9. Couldn’t think of 2 more different cars except their mileage. The Audi is at 90k and the Bertone is at 110k. I am hoping against hope that this new Audi won’t drain my bank account too bad or leave me stranded.
looking forward to learning more about this car and what it takes to keep it in tip-top shape.. Planning on getting it day after tomorrow.
Many of you may have seen it on BAT last week. I need to change the seats if anyone is interested in a trade, the Recaros just don’t fit my mutant body.
