Hi
Since having a new wiper linkage fitted on my 03 A4 there has been water ingress into drivers footwell. On closer inspection there is a seal above the accelerator pedal into the engine bay which is only half on. It looks like its underneath the ECU. Is it possible my mechanic has removed this seal and not put back correctly when fitting new wiper linkage?

 

am having the same problem water getting to the ecu and causing the car to splutter, thanks for the heads up, al check that tomorrow
