whats up? im a dubber at heart, but been looking into a new project. need some audi parts (for my v-dub) and the grand knowledge you audi guys have.

looking to make my 92 Volkswagen Gti all wheel drive. yes, yes, i know how hard it will be......and all the trouble and time i will go through. but thats what makes a good project worth it. ive been told to go with the volkswagen 4motion or haldex setup. but im thinking the quattro way might be more fun. its already got a vr6 swapped in. so i may end up having to use the vr6 4motion system, being the tranverse mounted engine. but whats a good quattro car to get AWD parts from? im not scared of having to fabricate my own stuff, but i need some info and somewhere to start guys. hook me up....
