high pitch squeal of some sort coming from outside of motor hard to tell where. could it be my turbo wearing out? only does it once warmed up and driving for a while. if so would a rebuild kit fix this? or any other ideas what it could be?

 

Does it sound like a "dentist drill"? If so, it will need to be replaced/rebuilt.
Rebuild can only happen if there is no internal damage. Also might be best to have a professional rebuild it.
