I recently took delivery of an 07 2.0T A4. I am thinking about getting a chip and was curious how much boost you can have with the K03. I have heard various numbers for stock like 6-7 and heard that above 12-14psi you are shortening the life of the k03. Anyone here know?

 

My stock K03S peaks at 12 and holds at 10 with no mods and OEM ECU.Thechip for my 1.8T pushes it further then that.

Rasing the boost, period shortens the lifespan of the turbo.
