Hey guys im new to the scene, just have a quick ?. i have a 2001 audi A4 1.8t with APR 93 octane program , carbonio air intake, stratosphere DV valve, nuespeed turbo intake hose, and a miltek exhaust with downpipe, also expecting to put an aftermarket turbo manifold later on. I wanna know which turbo upgrade would be good for my car, an K04 or a garret turbo, any help ?

 

KO4 is good and easy to put in, Garret is a stronger and more powerfull but PITA to put in.

 

thanks but any other major changes that i have to do to the motor?, So it can handle the extra boost and power.

 

no, not really, mostly the other stuff like a new DV or similar, oh and a chip, couse boost is stupid without extra fuel. hmm, it be easier to just look through the A4 forum, they have all the info.
