What is better, GIAC or APR for Audi B5 1.8T?

What is better, GIAC or APR for Audi B5 1.8T?

I have a 99 Audi A4 and I have APR 92 octane chipped and I produce about 17-18 psi in chipped mode. People say GIAC is alot better and much faster.

is that what you are holding or spiking?
and i doubt that GIAC is that much better....
its basically all preference
and i woulda gone with speedtuning, cheaper and same results..

What are the specs behind the chip(boost levels, A/F ratios, etc)?
