I live and work in the Exton area. I think UTI just built a new building here if it is where I think it is. Let me know if you have questions. Maybe if you shoot up Route 100 about 25 miles you will be between Exton and Allentown. But that is not highway and that would be a long commute with significant lights and traffic. Unless you got a deal going on there, there are other places that are closer to Exton and UTI

cool thanks not really concerned about bein near allentown anymore...
where would you say is the cheapest place to rent in your area?....
