Hey does anyone know of a dealer in the ny area that rebuilds a4s?

Looking for a 99-01 A4 lightly modded cosmetically and mechanically.

There used to a place down the street from me that would make a couple cars each year and sell them, but they have since left the area.

Does anyone know somewhere doing this?
