Default Feeler for NE Spring 2011 meet in April

Just wanted to throw this out there so new members know we do this, and for the usual suspects to start thinking about it. Looking to have a spring meet in late April (date isn't set yet - I'm waiting on Pat aka Airguard350 to let me know his boot camp graduation date so we can hold it when he can make it too). But late April, probably the last weekend that month, should be good. Roads will be clear and salt gone, cars that are clean will stay clean, and we can enjoy our usual fun and beers. I'm going to try and see if we can line up something along the lines of the Watkins Glen trip like last spring, or something else that'd be fun to participate in.

The usual crew knows the directions and timeline - arrive, grill, get settled in hotel, meet for breakfast, head somewhere, turn around to fix Brie's car at my house, head up to Bill's, drink ourselves stupid, pass out...

A couple new additions for that Saturday kegger - Bill has two pool tables now, he has the darts up, and he's working on having a tap system up and running by the time the meet arrives.

Hope you guys can all make it. New members or anyone who hasn't been before, post up or shoot me a message and I'll give you all the info you'll need.

You need to - coming from MD, you could cruise up with Joe Nelson. If you're gonna make only one this year, though, I'd shoot for the one in July based around the Syracuse Nationals (a national level car show with close to 9000 cars of every type). I've seen 30s Bugattis, classic Rolls Royces, t-bucket rods, 60s muscle, imports, euros, exotics, you name it. Saw an Ultima GTR with a blown 383 in it, an Enzo, and a Pagani Zonda there. They literally fill the state fairgrounds. And afterward, everyone jumps in those cars and hits the streets to cruise. Fun being in traffic with an F355 ahead of you, a 911 Turbo next to you, and a nitroused Viper behind you
