Hahahaha, you caught right on with the Goldmember reference. Hopefully things will work out. it would definitely be cool to see some new faces.

 

hahaha love it.. that color wouldnt be bad.. its like the color of the stock TT carriers on ECS's website.. that kinda would look sharp now that i picture it... i need reassurance

 

You know I really never noticed that, but yeah, kinda like that color. I think with the silver of the RS4 reps and the black paint of the car it should look nice. No if your wheels were black, that would be even better.

The more I think of it though, the shade of bronze/gold would have to be just right.....too yellow and it will look like mustard. Too dark and it'll look brown. If you can color match the Brembo's on a STi, you should be good!

im definatley gunna try for that gold color.. never had given it a thought til now and i think itll look good as long as the color is right.. we will give it a shot

On my Droid that color looks to me too much like mustard. I just checked on a computer and it looks more gold. Like I said hopefully you get a good bronze/gold more so than a yellow/gold. I suppose you will paint the calipers prior to the meet? Can't wait to see the finished product!

 

hard to tell. I agree it does look a bit "mustardy" in the pictures. I'm interested to see how that kit works out. Definitely post the results

 

actually i plan on bringing my A8 brakes to the meet so we can put them on some night there.. and i plan on doing the calipers when were suckin down beers at the same time.. when i think of the STI brakes and such, i know they are a darker gold color.. ill search around some more, its a good price on that G2 kit, and i know its good quality stuff, but ill see what i can find.. i think gold is the way to go though!
