Hi Guys,

Well I got pulled over by Warminster Township Police at 9 in the morning for my tints. I was wondering if you any of you guys know what the fine is for tints and if there are any points added to driving record for this fine. If you are not familiar with Warminster Township, PA, if you were pulled over in the Philly area, what was your fine? They gave me five days to remove it but I don't want to.

Never been pulled over in Philly, but I did get nicked in Erie County and the fine was $100/window, including the little quarter windows

 

I don't know about the fines but it's a non moving violation so no points will come from it.

 

if you're just driving through does it still count as the laws vary state to state?

 

Well I got the ticket in the mail. FYI the ticket for having illegal tints ended up being $109.94 and they tagged me an additional ticket for $75.00 for failure to respond to that five day notice.

i drove 6 months with 25% tint all corners on 99 E class 320, so i thought i'm good ,but one morning I got on route 60 in PA , and one mad cop seen me going to the exit ramp, he turned around ,pulled me over , got me a ticket for 120$ , I paid it and kept the tint on, but my others cars I had were all tinted the same and I never had a problem, but some cops dont have respect to German engineering I guess
