Default Where to turn when service goes REALLY WRONG

Without getting into the particulars and wasting everyone's time, does anyone know what recourse an owner has when they have been treated horribly at an Audi dealer... i have an 04 TT and had a reallybad service experience and want to let the higher ups at Audi know about it. Any ideas where i can turn to have my voice heard? I know they have a customer service line to call, but I doubt that will do much more than make me feel good... I really want the execs at Audi to know whats going on at their dealerships. The work was done at South Hills Audi outside of Pittsburgh, PA

There are people who have actually written letters to higher ups and actually have gotten responses. Ex] Timing belt service. An audi owner explained how they falsely stated in their manual that the timing belt service was due at 85-90k, their car broke down way b4 it and it was due to the timing belt issue. They wrote a letter to audi and it reached the higher ups because a class-action lawsuit was in place. Read it here: http://www.boston.com/business/artic...ine_of_change/
As long as its a big deal and you know everyone is receiving bad service and its affecting everyone, write a letter and get the newspaper and media into it. Audi would have no choice but to respond and do something about it. The Audi dealership near me has somewhat bad service by making you buy over priced parts and service which can be done by a specialist shop sometimes half of what they are asking. Unless your going in with a business suit they don't care to much about you.

Exhaust all your resources, even if you think nothing will come out of it. You'd be surprised.

Call AOA and Write, be very detailed and specific. Call the BBB, let them know. Some news shows love when people call in to report local cons when it's a slow news week. I'm sure theres plenty more you can do.. anyway, I've heard AOA being very helpful.

I have numerous complaints against Jack Daniels Audi in Nj with Audi of America customer service. They really don't do much of anything except pretend to call the dealer. I also have complaints filed with the Attorney General of NJ, and they have an investigator whose sole job is to check out complaints against Jack Daniels because there are so many, and they have the authority to fine, and force them to pay restitution. I have also called to TV stations in the NY area with consumer reporters, but got no response.Audi really doesn't give a crap about bad service. Your only recourse is to contact a Government Agency if you were ripped off by a dealer. Any other issues, that were not ILLEGAL, and you are S**t out of luck dealing with Audi. BBB has no authority to do anything, so don't waste your time with them.
