2006 A4 Debadging

Default 2006 A4 Debadging
I'm debadging the rear of my 2006-A4 and wonderinghow the Audi emblem (4 circle's) above the license plate is attached. Did they use the same double sided tape as the A4 and 2.0 letters or did they attach it by punching holes into trunk? Thanks in advance.

I believe it is attached the same way as the A4/2.0T emblems.
