are you guys idiots? It was voted on Nov 7th, and along with CO, NV voted on it too. It didnt pass, but it was closer than i thought it would be. i know one of them was like 44 to 56.

I say that once this Iraq war is over, and everything calms down, it will start to be passed, lets say like 2010. CO will be first, then it will be NV and then we'll see prolly next will be us in CA, which will be close, depending on how it works out in the states once its legal there.

yes, it would be the same as medical marijuana. You wouldnt be able to be busted by any state officer but you could by federal officers. If a democrat was in office i would assume they would go with the state laws, as i think that medical will go legal in all 50 states soon.

Yea, Ammendment 44 failed, sadly..... Although it is LEGAL to carry less than 1 oz in the city of Denver (population 500,000)......Some of you might think Denver as the whole Colorado Front Range area, but the Denver Metro Area is made up of 7 counties.... Yes, it is true that State and Federal Law override City law, but what is the realistic probability that they are going to take a petty offense to State or Federal court? Not likely. In Colorado posession of less than an oz of marijuana is a petty offense ($100 fine) as well as anything under 8oz (1/2lb) is a misdemeanor charge.....I know from experience ......Just to give some insight to a Coloradoan.....The vote was close and I saw it is a very real possibility that the Law may pass in '08....

It didn't pass which really sucks. I'm too exhausted on the topic anyway. Should have passed. Free country??? I think not.
