a: I never said I personally did. I do enjoy a good semi-sweet table wine, though.

q: Very dry white wine - like or dislike??

 

A: Not too dry....I like Oaky & Buttery....Chardonay

A: yep


oh kolbs, i have some absolutely wonderful sauterns (white dessert wines, ice wines they call them) that i'm sure you could appreciate. they call some of the best ones "nectar of the gods". beautiful hints of pear and apricot, served in ice chilled glasses, sipped slowly. a true enthusisast can appreciate something about any kind of wine.


Q: where your next out of town trip take you?

 

a: To the Chicago Auto Show, on Tuesday.

I've heard very good things about ice wines, by the way. My aunt is a very big fan of them, especially after her trip to Michigan last year.

A: Thats a question that I feel like I will never be able to answer.. If I wanna be happy it will most likely involve cars.

A. Eating I would have to say I am personall a dessert person, I can make a pretty good German Dark Chocolate Mousse, and some wicked good Buckeye's. Also i enjoy trying new things so I'm loking
forward to next year when I get to cook for myself again.
