depends on how I feel about things that day. when you want grease and salt, nothing is a replacement for plain or bbq chips.

skinny fries or home (steak) fries?

yes. Potato wedges or logs usually have the skin on one side of them and are the full length of the eighthed or sixthed cut potato.

what about shoe string or crinkle cut fries?
