Q. Have you had your transmission and differential oils changed?
mine has 105000mi. maybe i dont need a clutch then, but i might take it in the shop tomorrow to get it checked out anyways. and now that you say that about the cold weather it makes sense. I just got the car about 6 months ago so i dont know (and i doubt it) that they changed the tranny/diff fluids.

Q. How often should you have those (transmission and differential oils changed) done??

thats awesome i didnt know our 2.8s could do that lol.
and i've been told not to change it too. my friend's VW (auto) was slippin so he took it to the shop and they did a tranny flush cuz it had gotten really dirty cuz of a bad seal. so it stopped for a while but then it came back even worse. this time he took it to the dealer and according to them the flush only made it worse (i guess it washed the lubricants off of the gears or something like that) and now he needs a tranny re-build.

Q. idk

Well his was an auto which is a totally different situation as its hydraulic fluid. He ended up waiting till it was already too late it sounds like. Ours not changing it is like never changing your motor oil lol. I guess the shavings or w/e in the fluid are all that keeps it from slipping when it gets that bad in an auto.

Q. Whats your favorite youtube video?
